New Moon in Cancer
One thing and only one thing (for now) that astronomers, astrologers, geologists, sailors, poets, weatherpersons, fishermen, doctors, nurses and psychiatrists can seem to agree upon, the Moon and Her amazing influences in nature and on human behavior.
In astrology, as women, we are ruled by the Moon, which represents our emotions and feelings. With it, is the receptivity of others’ emotions as well, the reason why intuition is far more stronger in women than in men. As Wise Women, we have the power to capture Her magnificence and apply it into our daily life. To begin with, we have a new moon, a time for starting new projects, then two weeks after, we have a full moon, a good time to expect fruition then release those that are no longer beneficial to the project.
So, here we go…
New Moon in Cancer

Excellent!! There is a lightheartedness feeling in the air. This new moon in Cancer brings a new hope to some of us who had been going through the emotional ups and downs. A few days ago, you may have felt like it is time to put all the cards on the table and call the spade, a spade… no more bluffs. Holding back just causes grievances. A decision has to be made one way or another. Now, it feels like there’s a glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel and it’s shinning bright.
On the financial arena, it is looking good too, folks! We still have Venus sextiling Jupiter until July 8th so, some lucky partnership opportunities may come up.
Have you heard the saying “ Do what it is you like best and the money will come along”? …something like that. Well, it is being presented to us now and we might as well grab it. So start looking for what gives you pleasures and contentment and say, Thank You!!
I always like to suggest a gratitude candle to the students and clients, and they seem to be happy about it. An unscented white 7 day candle would do fine, anointed with rose oil to enhance more of this marvelous energy. Happy New Moon!
