One thing and only one thing (for now) that astronomers, astrologers, geologists, sailors, poets, weatherpersons, fishermen, doctors, nurses and psychiatrists can seem to agree upon, the Moon and Her amazing influences in nature and on human behavior.
In astrology, as women, we are ruled by the Moon, which represents our emotions and feelings. With it, is the receptivity of others’ emotions as well, the reason why intuition is far more stronger in women than in men. As Wise Women, we have the power to capture Her magnificence and apply it into our daily life. To begin with, we have a new moon, a time for starting new projects, then two weeks after, we have a full moon, a good time to expect fruition then release those that are no longer beneficial to the project.
So, here we go…
New Moon in Sagittarius
December 1st 2005, 7:01 am PST
Whew! It has been quite a ride, wasn’t it? But hang in there; Mercury’s “moon-walk” (Retrograde) is finally over in a couple of days. But some delays and setbacks are still eminent for those who are traveling, just try to keep your cool. By December 5th, we will finally have a better line of communication with others and holiday shopping will be more enjoyable. And, if your presents have to be shipped, they have a better chance of arriving at the correct address.
The new moon in Sagittarius gives us the opportunity to explore new philosophical and spiritual beliefs. Some of these areas include, dreams and dream-work, high mysteries, and divination. (Check my list of workshops, sorry, I can’t help it). One thing we must not forget. This blunt Sagittarius New Moon asks, “Are you living life filled with adventure and fun?” If the answer is “Not Really”, I suggest we better start planning for a more freeing lifestyle or add something fun to it. I’ve heard that an exercise routine can be a lot of fun too; I think I shall try it!
Have a Blessed New Moon!
